Beginners Welcome

We invite you to experience classical Pilates, taught with the utmost in integrity and authenticity — whether you are a high-performance athlete in search of a complementary discipline or an exercise neophyte who hopes to achieve greater strength and flexibility.

Because the practice of classical Pilates will challenge you in unfamiliar ways, we start all new students with one or more private sessions. One-on-one time with an instructor will help you to establish a solid foundation for your Pilates practice and allow us to identify your unique needs.

These sessions give you the opportunity to become familiar with Pilates fundamentals and our studio equipment. You can learn at your own pace, without having to worry about keeping up with a room full of more experienced students.

For all sessions and classes, we recommend that you wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely. Please wear socks and refrain from wearing heavy perfumes.
